My first car had a manual transmission and a starter that didn’t work, so I would always have park on a hill to make sure I could roll far enough for the car to start. A Mastermind would be like all the lineman from my high school football team following me around to push start my car every time I parked. Luckily, I didn’t live in Kansas and always had plenty of hills.

Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success. Members challenge each other to set strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.

The term mastermind was first used by Napoleon Hills Classic “Think and Grow Rich”. Hill originally said that when two people got together, a third mind, the Master Mind, was created. To hill a mastermind created an energy that transcended what appeared, and a new force was created with spiritual connotation. Over the past 85 years, it’s morphed from “master mind alliance” to “mastermind group,” but the meaning and underlying principles are still the same.

We create small groups of not more than 8 members matched to enhance each member’s experience within the group. This small cohesive group creates synergy among all the members.
